These Terms of Sale apply to products purchased from VoyaCove Supply at https://voyacovesupply.com. The seller is CAMEL TRAVEL SUPPLIES LLC.
Product Information
We provide product titles, descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, structure, included contents, and prices to support informed purchasing. Product-page information in effect when you order forms part of the sale.
Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is authorized using Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, as displayed at checkout.
Order Formation
Your submitted order is an offer to purchase. We send an acknowledgement after submission. The sale is accepted when we confirm fulfillment or shipment. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be accepted, we will notify you and reverse or refund collected payment.
Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel before shipment. Delivery-address changes and other order modifications must also be requested before shipment by contacting Customer Care. If shipment has occurred, the Return and Refund Policy is available after delivery.
Delivery
Standard U.S. shipping is free. The business-day cut-off is 2:00 PM ET; processing takes 1–2 business days; transit is estimated at 3–5 business days; and total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Both defective and non-defective items may be returned. Request authorization within 30 calendar days after delivery and mail the item within 14 calendar days after authorization. Original packaging is not required. We pay return and exchange shipping, allow direct exchanges, and charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days; posting may take an additional 3–10 business days.
Responsibility
CAMEL TRAVEL SUPPLIES LLC is responsible for fulfilling accepted orders and providing the remedies stated in these Terms and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain fully available.
